… you should make some hard cheeses to age when you have lots of milk, then sell them in the winter when your not milking much…

Those markets are on what days? Also, Im trying to convince my boss to use some of his land for goats (since we got 100+, 15 in grape, some mowed, some not), so can you give me a rough idea of your paddock rotation? Say for 6 goats, what size paddock would I use for how many days? Also what do you feed them in the winter, hay, how much?

Hey, I found your blog a few weeks ago, I really like it. I think its excelent your interbreeding your stock, maybe in a few decades youll have your own “Hudson Valley” goat breed. Im doing what I can to hopefully get some land to work, maybe next year I can buy some mixbreed kids from you.
